I just purchased my item, what is estimated ship date?

Most items shipping form our warehouse will be processed within 1-2 business days. SHowever, items that are specialty, custom fit, or made to order may have a lead time due to manufacturing. Please check our site for the most recent shipping dates or feel free to reach out to us, we would be happy to help!


What is the Shipping Policy?

Orders over $250 ship free! Individual items with Free Shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the 48 Contiguous United States. Free Shipping EXCLUDES orders requiring truck freight OR orders shipping to Alaska,Hawaii,Puerto Rico or Guam. These shipping charges will be determined by our Fulfillment Department and you will be notified of the cost. This is the best way for us to give you the lowest cost on shipping your product.

What is Your Return Policy?

All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. Contact customer support to issue an RMA number. In some cases, you are responsible for return shipping. If your item arrived defective or we made a mistake, we will happily take care of the return shipping.

What is the Warranty Policy?

Our products are all covered by their manufacturer’s warranties and/or guarantees. Most warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer, per their request. ┬áIf you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail within 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
